FromAssassin’s Creed Valhalla, we get to know that gamers can dual wield weapons. You can have a bow in the left hand, & a melee weapon in your right. Dual wield was introduced in Assassin’s Creed Odyssey. Combat in Assassin’s Creed Valhalla is sharper & fiercer. Enemies use everything they have as weapons, even their shield too.
Odysseyis the only one I've finished. Got bored of Origins 10 hours in and 25 into Valhalla. Odyssey is still not great by any means but at least it had proper side quests compared to whatever Valhalla had. Those bounty hunters were very annoying though and it was way too big and repetitive. The story also kinda sucked, the ending Originsvs Odyssey Combat and Difficulty. Prior to the soft reboot of Assassin’s Creed Origins, Assassin’s Creed had only contained a paired animation system for combat, creating stylish looking combat that was often based on parrying and combos. Origins became the first to create hitbox based combat and using a system similar to the VB3ea.
