Shan. 1 person had this problem. @ShanPam96 , ok here's what we need to do for the first step. Locate your Sims 2 folder (found Documents > EA Games > Sims 2) and move it to your Desktop. Do not copy and paste or create a shortcut, actually move the folder to your Desktop. Next start up the game.
