After getting the drone put back together I boot it up and the camera stays stationary/limp. There is video feed and everything else seems to work fine, but the camera motors dont move it at all, in any direction. I can hear a slight buzzing sound from the motor that keeps the camera horizontal, if I move it then the buzzing gets a little louder.
You can move the camera up and down onscreen too. Have a look at the manual. The dial on the top left side (corner) of the remote controller is the "tilt" dial. It moves the camera looking up and down. Turning the camera left and right is done with the whole drone. There is a lot more information on this in the manual.

That will help you determine if the issue is related to the firmware or hardware. This is the issue, the copter itself works fine and all system ok, The camera is not the original one, It´s intended to be for the PH3 A. so I think this is the problem. Not sure about the camera if this works or not.

The camera had slight contact to the flat cable while the gimbal tried to calibrate upon startup. In my case there was a little bit glue or something in the corner of the flat cable that stoped the gimbal in calibration. When the Phantom was turned off i could feel a litte drag while turning the camera down. 4#. It's the firmware upgrade that destroys circuits on the board, DJI know about this problem and have decided to turn a blind eye. The Phantom 3 Professional camera can get too warm during updates and can damage the gimbal board if you don’t keep it cool during the update. If you download the firmware onto your computer, after the firmware is downloaded to the computer, you need to drag and drop the firmware zip file the the sd card location.

I am not able to get an image to show up on the DJI Go App. Also cant access the SD card from the app or use any of the camera functions. App is updated. Firmware is updated.
