TheBrera featured the classic, long nose, short deck styling reminiscent of other powerful Italian GT's. The front features the classic Alfa Romeo grille and an aggressiveness that has echoes of "Il Mostro", the classic love-it-or-hate-it Alfa Romeo ES30 SZ from the early 1990s. The wheel arches are subtly flared and with the smooth waistline AlfaRomeo raced, in early 1990s, a 2.5-litre engine based on Busso's 60º V6. The engine was substantially revised and had a difference bore and stroke from the 2.5 standard engine, respectively, 93 mm x 61.3 mm, and making 420 bhp (313 kW) @ 11,800 rpm with a torque of 294 Nm. The engine was replaced in the 159 and Brera by a new 3.2 L V6 159and Brera. Autolusso have been working with Powerflex to make adjusters for the top arms of the 159 and Brera. We have also been working on lower bushes for the lower arms which really do make a massive difference. We have taken a lot of time to perfect these bushes and they do take a lot of fitting and a lot of setting up.
